Gator Glass provides commercial window cleaning and related exterior property maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial window cleaning

  • Storefront glass cleaning

  • Office building window cleaning

  • Retail center window cleaning

  • Medical office window cleaning

  • Restaurant window cleaning

  • Property management services

  • Other related services as agreed upon

All services are subject to availability and may vary by service area.
 

2. Estimates and Quotes
 

All estimates and quotes provided by Gator Glass are based upon information available at the time of inspection.

Quotes may be adjusted if:

  • Property conditions differ from those disclosed

  • Additional services are requested

  • Access limitations exist

  • Safety concerns arise

  • Site conditions change

Unless otherwise stated, estimates are valid for thirty (30) days.
 

3. Scheduling
 

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

While we strive to arrive within scheduled timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Emergency service situations

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We reserve the right to reschedule services when necessary.
 

4. Weather Policy
 

Window cleaning results may be affected by severe weather conditions.

Gator Glass reserves the right to postpone or reschedule services due to:

  • Lightning

  • Heavy rain

  • High winds

  • Hurricanes or tropical storms

  • Unsafe working conditions

Safety will always take precedence over scheduling.
 

5. Access Requirements
 

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to service areas.

Customers agree to:

  • Unlock gates and entrances as necessary

  • Provide access to service areas

  • Secure pets and animals

  • Notify us of hazards or restrictions

  • Inform us of any fragile or damaged glass

Failure to provide access may result in a service charge or rescheduling fee.
 

6. Safety
 

Gator Glass reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Examples include:

  • Structural instability

  • Hazardous materials

  • Aggressive animals

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Dangerous access conditions

  • Any situation that presents unreasonable risk

Safety decisions are made solely at the discretion of Gator Glass.
 

7. Glass Condition Disclaimer
 

Window cleaning does not repair existing glass defects.

Gator Glass is not responsible for pre-existing conditions including:

  • Scratches

  • Etching

  • Seal failure

  • Hard water staining

  • Oxidation

  • Fabrication debris

  • Glass deterioration

  • Window seal fogging

  • Mineral deposits

Certain defects may become more visible after professional cleaning.
 

8. Customer Satisfaction
 

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with any service, you must notify Gator Glass within seventy-two (72) hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to inspect and address legitimate service-related concerns.
 

9. Payment Terms
 

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • ACH transfers

  • Checks

  • Electronic payments

Late payments may be subject to:

  • Collection efforts

  • Suspension of future services

  • Additional fees permitted by law

Customers are responsible for any costs associated with collection of unpaid balances.
 

10. Recurring Service Agreements
 

Customers enrolled in recurring service programs authorize Gator Glass to perform services according to the agreed schedule.

Recurring service agreements may be modified or canceled by either party with reasonable notice.

Price adjustments may occur due to:

  • Inflation

  • Labor costs

  • Property modifications

  • Service scope changes

Customers will be notified of significant changes whenever practical.
Any service cancellation must be submitted in writing 30 days before cancellation date. 

 

11. Website Use
 

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Submit false information

  • Distribute malicious software

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gator Glass, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Customer negligence

  • Unsafe property conditions

  • Misrepresentation of site conditions

  • Violations of applicable laws
     

15. Force Majeure
 

Gator Glass shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Hurricanes

  • Floods

  • Acts of government

  • Utility outages

  • Labor disputes

  • Equipment failures

  • Public emergencies
     

16. Governing Law
 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located within Louisiana.
 

17. Severability
 

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
 

18. Changes to Terms
 

Gator Glass reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the website.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
